Light Gauge Steel Framing Machine:

The C89 Light Gauge Steel Framing Machine is a fully automated production line currently in stock. It integrates components like a decoiler, hydraulic punching and cutting units, an output table, and an industrial computer. This system is designed for the automated design and production of wall, floor, and roof truss frames using a single dedicated C & U shaped profile.

Decoiler

1.Loading capacity: 1.5 tons

2.Expansion or contraction method: Operate the handle so that the four connecting rods move away from or towards the center axis.

Feed Direction Guidance

Punching System

1. Punching Hole Types: Rivet holes, countersunk holes, pass-through elliptical holes.

2. Punching Hole Diameters: 3.5mm rivet holes, 16.5mm threading holes.

3. Punching Die Models: A standard set will be established after confirming the base width data.

A: 30% as the deposit by T/T in advance, 70% as the balance payment by T/T after your inspect the machine well and before delivery. Of course your payment terms are acceptable. After we get down payment, we will arrange production. About 45 workdays for delivery.

A: No, most of our machines are customized according to customers specifications, also adopt top brand components.

A: We provide 1 year free warranty and free technical support for the whole life of any machine. If the broken parts can't repair, we can send the new parts replace the broken parts freely, but you need pay the express cost by yourself. If it is beyond the warranty period, we can negotiate to solve the problem, and we supply the technical support for the whole life of the roll forming machine.
